Chris Green MP and Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Liz Truss MP, paid a visit to Bolton-based business M&A Pharmachem this afternoon.
M&A Pharmachem, based in Westhoughton, have over 40 years of experience in manufacturing and exporting pharmaceuticals, including paracetamol and co-codamol.
Commenting on the visit, Mr Green said: “It was fantastic to visit M&A Pharmachem today with Liz Truss and learn more about the local business, which not only exports their goods globally but also creates good quality jobs for my constituents.
“During the visit, it was also interesting to hold a roundtable with members of staff who not only shared their experiences of working at M&A, but also gave their feedback to the Chief Secretary to the Treasury about their public spending priorities.
