Greater Manchester Police is the most improved force in the country

Greater Manchester Police have once again been recognised as the most improved police force in the country.

Under the previous police chief, GMP failed to record crime or do the basics of arresting criminals. However, the new chief has reopened Bolton custody suite and prioritised catching criminals. This has led to a reduction in burglaries and anti-social behaviour whilst police response times have also dramatically improved.

However, there is still more to do to make our streets safer.
