I have mixed feelings about Council’s across Greater Manchester now approving the third version of the Greater Manchester Spatial Framework, a process that started in 2014.
What the council has done is bad for Westhoughton, too late for Horwich but at least adds some of the Horwich Golf Course site to the greenbelt.
