Ever since the old leisure centre and car park were knocked down, there have been huge problems locally with parking. With the Horwich health hub nearing completion, we should soon see the end of these problems but there is one snag.
Bolton Council have yet to confirm funding for half of the car park so we could see the developers leave site and have to be brought back at an unknown later date to complete the job at huge additional expense.
I am taking this up with the Council to minimise disruption to you and to get the project finally completed.
