Market Street Closure

I have been contacted by businesses and residents regarding the proposal to close Market Street in Westhoughton and Lee Lane in Horwich, between 2pm and 5am on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

I'm not sure that this is a good idea but do let me know if you have any concerns and I will pass them on to Bolton Council.
