MP gives speech in Parliament about Football Governance

I recently spoke in Parliament about the importance of the Football Governance Bill and the need for an independent Football Regulator.

A key part is to improve the financial distribution across the whole football pyramid from the grassroots to the Premiership as well as to have higher standards for ownership.
