Chris Green MP is inviting his constituents to attend two public meetings this week and encouraging them to raise any local, national or international political concerns that they havThe MP regularly holds public meetings throughout the year, as he believes that this is crucial to remaining “accountable and accessible” to his constituents.
Speaking about the upcoming Meet your MP and Coffee with Chris events, Mr Green said: “It’s always great to hold public meetings, so I can keep up-to-date with the concerns of my constituents and raise them with the relevant Minister, Council or organisation.
“My Meet your MP events are a more formal public meeting, where I hold a question and answer session covering a variety of issues. The Coffee with Chris event however is slightly more informal, where constituents can drop in and have a chat with me over a cuppa.
“I look forward to seeing many of my constituents there.”

Meet your MP – Thursday 10th October, from 7pm to 8pm at Westhoughton Cricket Club, BL5 2GG.
Coffee with Chris – Friday 11th October, from 10am to 12pm at Blackrod Library, BL6 5EQ.
