Chris Green MP is welcoming the news today that 7 community projects in Bolton West and Atherton have received funding from the Big Lottery Fund.
The Big Lottery Fund is supported by The National Lottery and aims to award local projects and causes with a financial contribution to their cause. This contribution goes on to help many fantastic local projects run events, provide support, and more.
In Bolton West and Atherton, 7 community projects received a total of £69,327 from the Big Lottery Fund.
Mr Green said: “I am delighted to hear the news today that some of our well deserving local projects have benefitted from the Big Lottery Fund.
“The funding will help support project that continue to make a positive difference in our local community.
“I hope to hear more news of local projects being rewarded for their fantastic work in the future.”
