Speech in the House of Commons on the delays of GMSF

The long awaited GMSF has suffered delay after delay by the Mayor of GM – leaving vital local transport projects, such as the Westhoughton bypass, in a roadblock.

That is why I raised this matter in Parliament and will continue to work with the Government to ensure that the Mayor of Greater Manchester is held to account for his failure to deliver for local people.
