With deep sorrow we learnt of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth. This is such a difficult time for the country and Parliament has been suspended for ten days so that we can mark this in a dignified manner.
Bolton and Wigan Council’s have opened Books of Remembrance at their Town Halls and at other locations around the Boroughs.
