People across Bolton have been against Labour's 'slim bins' ever since they first came up with the idea. The spilling over of rubbish is already a big problem and it looks set to get worse with arson attacks around Bolton. On top of this, the Labour decision may lead to more rats across Bolton as they take advantage of the waste, rubbish and litter.
Before it gets any worse, it is time for Labour to fix the problem they created and give us our normal bins back.
