Chris Green MP is inviting local people to his next Older Persons’ Advice and Information Fair, taking place later this month.
The Older Persons’ Fair is the fourth of this kind that the MP has held and will bring together a wide range of organisations and charities for older local people in one room.
Organisations attending the event include the British Heart Foundation, the North West Ambulance Service, Macmillan Cancer Support, Friends of Horwich Memory Cafe and many more.
Mr Green said: “I am regularly contacted by local residents who ask me for advice and information, yet more often than not they are unaware of the fantastic groups that can offer them support.
“This is why I am holding another Older Persons’ Advice and Information Fair, so that local people can meet with representatives from these organisations, learn of the services they provide and ask any questions they have.
“The fair is free to attend and I look forward to meeting many of my constituents during the event!”
