Update on the Loco Works spine road in Horwich

Whenever I speak to residents in Horwich, a concern that they have is problems with congestion.

The new spine road planned at the Loco Works development will go some way to reducing congestion, particularly on the Beehive roundabout.

I visited the site to see what progress has been made with this £12m Government investment and it’s good to see the road finally taking shape.
