Many constituents raise concerns with me that I then take up with Bolton Council.
The officers of the Council do a great job in working with me to serve you but the Council has suffered a computer glitch which has disrupted normal service.
This has caused delays for a small number of constituents but we are working through the backlog to make sure we can do the best for you.
