Really frustrating that we haven’t been able to take the Football Governance Bill through its final stages in Parliament because of the triggering of the General Election.
I was on the Bill Committee and could see the commitment of the Minister and the wider team to get it delivered. It’s an excellent piece of legislation, it’s supported by BWFC and will do so much for the game.
Whatever happens at this election, we know this can be picked up and delivered soon.
