Have you ever used the NHS 111 number? If so, what’s your experience been like?
It’s been over 6 years since the NHS 111 phone line was introduced and it’s great that we have a service in place that ensures people get the non-emergency medical assistance they need without needing to dial 999.
If you’ve ever used the NHS 111 service, I’d like to know your view about the waiting times to speak to an adviser, whether you got the answers or healthcare that you or your family needed and if you were satisfied with the service that was provided.
